A 65-year-old German woman, who already has 13 children from 4 different fathers, gave birth to quadruplets after undergoing an artificial insemination procedure.
She became pregnant after undergoing several inseminations. The three boys and one girl were born premature at 26 weeks in a Berlin hospital but had "a good chance of survival" according to the hospital's medical report.
The Berlin mother, Annegret Raunigk, is an Anglo-Russian teacher, who in addition to being a mother of 13 children, is a grandmother of seven grandsons and granddaughters! these new births make this woman the oldest mother of quadruplets in the world!
A story that is undoubtedly incredible but which could give hope to some people who have still not had the opportunity to have offspring.
